The guy came and was done in an hour, asked him to use a little adhesive on the door after he was done replacing the window and was more than happy to do it! Highly recommend!

Very poor and terrible customer services. Waiting for weeks to get the issue resolved but they are playing come tomorrow game with me. 1. Very poor customer services. 2. Installed the defected windscreen on my vehicle. 3. They did not notified me of anything and later another car dealership found it. 4. I notified Caliber Auto Glass. they agreed to replace it. 5. its the 3rd week, they are unable to find the right part. 6. been there 4 times and everything I am send back with statement that part did not arrived yet, they order the part from different vendor. they are not sure what is the right part. 7. Technician is saying from 2 weeks that his manager will call me. but There is no call back from any manager. 8. Call to 888- toll free number always on hold and no one response back. 9. The technician cut through a wire in my headliner, and rather than alerting me, they stuffed the wire back into the A pillar. They also failed to reconnect the wiper fluid nozzle after disassembling the windshield cowl. All this after bringing the wrong windshield to my appointment twice. This could not have gone worse - look for windshield replacement elsewhere! *Update* The “follow-up” from Caliber was a hollow gesture; I emailed the provided contact 4 weeks ago and have heard nothing.

Thank You Cesar and Caliber Auto Glass. Excellent customer service, from the office customer care line to the installer. Cesar was able to come a bit earlier than his eta. Worked very efficient. Cesar was very courteous and kind. Explained the next steps. Hope I don't need a window replaced in the near future, if I do I know who to call.
